**Opportunity for Stock Planner and Controller at SODEXO OPERATIONAL MANAGERS.** **Description** Responsible for planning food supplies for industrial kitchens, performing inventory control, consumption forecasting, purchase scheduling, production monitoring, and waste reduction. Will monitor KPIs, shelf-life control, inventories, analysis of operational demand, and alignment among production, procurement, and storage to ensure efficient unit supply. **Responsibilities** * Planning food ingredient consumption; * Inventory minimum/maximum control and analysis; * Purchase scheduling and monitoring; * Shelf-life control and loss prevention; * Preparation of reports and KPIs; * Daily production and demand monitoring; * Interface with suppliers, warehouse, and operational team; * Development of strategies for waste reduction and cost optimization. **Requirements** * Experience in industrial kitchens, UAN, or collective catering; * Knowledge of production planning and inventory management; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Analytical, organized profile with strong decision-making ability; * Experience with management systems is a plus. **Benefits** * We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Access to professional development programs. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
