Come be **PlaceTI!** As a Requirements Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business areas and the technical team, ensuring that software solutions efficiently and clearly meet stakeholders’ needs. You play a critical role in identifying, documenting, and validating requirements, actively participating in all stages of the system development lifecycle. **Responsibilities:** * Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, meetings, workshops, and documentation analysis; * Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications using artifacts such as use cases, user stories, process flows, navigable prototypes, and system diagrams; * Validate requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives and technical feasibility; * Create and maintain documents including requirements specifications, meeting minutes, traceability matrices, and other supporting artifacts throughout the development lifecycle; * Collaborate with development and testing teams, clarifying questions and supporting the definition of acceptance criteria and test cases; * Lead alignment meetings with clients and users, promoting accurate and business-aligned solutions; * Monitor system development to ensure adherence to elicited specifications and facilitate adjustments when necessary. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree. Preferred fields include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines; * Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, technical documentation, and interfacing with multidisciplinary teams; * Basic or intermediate knowledge of requirements elicitation, modeling, and management techniques; * Familiarity with supporting tools such as Microsoft Visio, Figma, Axure, Enterprise Architect, or similar; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices in business analysis (BABOK) is desirable. **Competencies:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Strong analytical ability and systemic thinking; * Proactivity and problem-solving focus; * Ability to work effectively in teams and engage with diverse stakeholder profiles; * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
