Let’s go!** **We expect you to...** * Ensure **stability, usability, and quality** of the product/solution; * Actively participate in **requirement elicitation, analysis, and refinement**, critically and thoroughly evaluating them to ensure clarity, consistency, feasibility, and testability; * Analyze requirements, solution proposals, and technical decisions with **critical thinking**, anticipating impacts, risks, and potential quality gaps; * Log and communicate **defects clearly, objectively, and structurally**, ensuring sufficient information for reproduction, root cause analysis, and efficient correction by development teams; * Promote **integration and communication** among Design, Development, Quality, and Management teams within the project context; * Disseminate knowledge and contribute to building a **technical legacy**, through training, documentation, and sharing of best practices; * Participate **autonomously and collaboratively** in building the project solution, aligned with the team’s development process; * Actively contribute to **project activity planning**; * Perform **quality management**, strategically structuring testing activities and monitoring project progress; * Identify, communicate, and track **project-related risks**, collaborating on defining alternatives to mitigate them; * Directly engage in **designing, creating, and expanding automated test coverage**; * Demonstrate strong capabilities in **analysis, planning, and problem-solving**; * Analyze contexts, test reports, and statuses to identify **root causes**, proposing effective solutions; * Define essential criteria for starting activities (**Definition of Ready – DoR**) and for concluding them (**Definition of Done – DoD**); * Actively participate in **project ceremonies**; * Analyze new features and improvements, listing **test scenarios and cases** that guarantee system coverage, traceability, and testability; * Define and justify your **technical decisions**, based on sound design and quality practices, clarifying doubts and aligning expectations; * Monitor and analyze **quality metrics**, using data and evidence to assess test effectiveness, support decision-making, and guide continuous project improvements; * Serve as a **technical QA reference** within the project, supporting the team in decisions related to quality, testing, automation, and best practices; * Evaluate solution quality considering not only defects but also **user experience, technical risks, and business impact**; * Use **Artificial Intelligence** critically, responsibly, and strategically to support QA activities—aiming to increase productivity, improve analytical quality, enhance efficiency in manual and automated test creation, and accelerate quality process maturity—supporting scenario exploration, data analysis, risk identification, and decision-making throughout the entire development lifecycle. **We require you to have...** * Solid expertise in **Software Testing**, covering both functional and non-functional aspects; * Experience testing **Web and Mobile** products; * Experience with **test automation**; * Practical knowledge of **Agile methodologies**; * Experience with **testing methodologies and quality standards**; * Strong communication skills with team members, clients, and stakeholders; * Ability to **deliver training and present content**, both internally and to clients; * Experience in **risk and conflict management**; * **Advanced English proficiency** for conversation. **Nice-to-have...** * Familiarity with **ALM tools** (e.g., Jira); * Experience with **CI/CD** (Git, GitHub, Jenkins, AWS, etc.); * Experience in **technical leadership**.
