This professional will be tasked with enhancing our existing analytical operations and leading new exploratory initiatives, applying advanced data science techniques to extract value from available student enrollment data. As a Data Specialist, you will: Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models, ensuring their accuracy and effectiveness; Continue and improve the sales forecasting model; Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions supporting strategic decision-making; Conduct exploratory and predictive analyses, delivering insights that guide strategic decision-making; Prepare and present analytical reports to stakeholders, including Commercial Directors and the Vice President of the area, facilitating understanding of complex data and influencing high-level decisions; Develop AI solutions with an emphasis on data analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** We expect you to have: Proven experience in analysis and sales forecasting, with strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI); Knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques; Ability to translate business needs into tangible and effective analytical solutions; Prior experience leading data analysis projects in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments; Excellent communication and presentation skills, with aptitude to work directly with senior executives; Programming knowledge (Python) and database expertise (SQL and AWS) are highly desirable; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
