End-to-end management of the sales process and after-sales The Commercial Assistant I is responsible for selling products by assisting customers with product selection, providing information on pricing, payment methods, quality, product differences, and warranty, to ensure excellent customer service. * Prepare commercial proposals according to customer requirements; * Conduct follow-up and negotiate with customers to achieve purchase closure; * Perform after-sales activities; * Register customers and issue orders; * Verify customer order entries in the system before releasing them to production; * Maintain records of customer inquiries for future contact and negotiation; * Register and keep the customer database updated in the system; * Obtain freight quotations from carriers when the quotation is CIF freight; * Organize and submit documentation for customer credit approval to the finance department; * Monitor sales contract closing and guide customers regarding any questions; * Prepare registration of potential customers for prospecting and execute prospecting; * Demonstrate products using samples and catalogs, explaining product features and benefits.
