Job Summary: As a Junior E-commerce Analyst, you will support website operations, ensuring the product portfolio remains up to date and contributing to customer experience and digital results. Key Highlights: 1. Support website operations and maintain an updated product portfolio 2. Assist in aligning products and offers with the sales team 3. Support the planning and monitoring of e-commerce campaigns As a **Junior E\-commerce Analyst**, you will be responsible for supporting website operations, ensuring the product portfolio is always up to date with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images—contributing to a positive customer experience and digital channel performance. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to align products and offers, support promotional cycle execution, and implement commercial actions on the website—ensuring campaigns, banners, and digital displays are correctly deployed. Additionally, you will assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring campaigns—contributing to information organization, action execution, and analytical support for continuous improvement of results. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields; Familiarity with e\-commerce platforms (VTEX, Shopify, Nuvemshop, etc.); Basic understanding of sell-out and promotional campaign execution; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Organized and analytical profile, capable of supporting projects and contributing to problem-solving; **Work Modality:** On-site **Location:** CAL \- Northeast Logistics and Administrative Center, Parnamirim/RN **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) and 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (Friday).
