




Job Summary: Assist in the preparation, shaping, baking, and finishing of bakery products, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Assist customers courteously **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Assist in product preparation, ingredient weighing, and pre-preparation according to the baker's instructions. \* Support simple shaping, tray assembly, and production organization. \* Assist in product baking under supervision, adhering to standards and cooking times. \* Perform product finishing as directed by the baker and bakery supervisor. \* Display and restock bakery display cases, counters, and islands. \* Support the assembly of kits, trays, and packaging as required. \* Check product expiration dates and conditions of displayed items. \* Assist customers courteously, professionally, and attentively, seeking to identify their needs and expectations; \* Maintain department organization and cleanliness, including counters, utensils, and equipment. \* Assist in cleaning molds, baking trays, utensils, and production surfaces. \* Help receive and inspect bakery goods. \* Store supplies correctly, maintaining organization on shelves, freezers, and stock areas. \* Monitor production demands and communicate requirements to the baker and immediate supervisor. \* Strictly follow food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \* Serve customers courteously when requested, providing guidance on products and promotions. \* Support departmental inventories and internal controls. \* \-Ensure proper preservation of products, equipment, and materials in the section. \* \-Comply with occupational health and safety and food safety regulations. \* \-Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Preferred qualifications include: o Basic knowledge of baking and pre-preparation. o Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices during product handling. o Basic understanding of inventory organization. o Ability to operate simple bakery equipment (ovens, dough shapers — under supervision). o Basic ability to read technical sheets and operational instructions.
