Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial* Assist in managing the portfolio of renewable energy assets under construction or in operation across Brazil; * Monitor contractual compliance and customer satisfaction in the delivery of technical, operational, and asset management services; * Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute various types of contracts related to renewable energy asset transactions; * Establish and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for contractual matters; * Support the management and resolution of contractual, legal, regulatory, and commercial issues as they arise; * Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including state and local authorities, regulatory agencies, landowners, end customers, field service teams, financial and accounting teams, and other parties involved in asset operations; * Collaborate in the preparation, formatting, and timely delivery of reports and documents to clients; * Participate in contract negotiations; * Prepare project performance reports for stakeholders. Finance* Maintain updated financial models (pro\-forma) for projects; * Support the preparation of annual project budgets and conduct periodic variance analyses; * Assist in cash flow forecasting and management; * Support financial analyses of potential project improvements; * Perform ad hoc analyses as required. Operations* Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to assess and improve project performance; * Coordinate with Field Services teams on operational matters, including repair and replacement of major components; Regulatory and Compliance* Monitor and support compliance with regulatory requirements; * Ensure adherence to legal and contractual requirements, including operation agreements, credit agreements, O\&M contracts, land leases, and power purchase agreements (PPAs).
