Budgetary and resource control **INDUSTRY:** Civil Construction – Facell Group **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** To be negotiated **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday – Business hours, 44 hours per week **REQUIREMENTS:** Degree in Civil Engineering or Technical Diploma in Building Construction; Proven experience in construction projects; Proficiency in construction budgeting; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD; Experience with land subdivisions or horizontal residential developments (preferred); Driver's License Category B **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage construction project execution to ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, quality, and safety; Prepare and monitor physical\-financial budgets; Plan and control resources, procurement, and contracting; Supervise construction sites and material logistics; Lead teams and monitor project performance; Implement and organize site processes; Monitor contracts, designs, and documentation; Ensure implementation of the Quality Management System; Support administrative and technical management of construction projects;
