




Job Summary: Dynamic and communicative administrative assistant to support departmental routines, generate reports, organize files, and improve customer experience with urgency and assertive communication. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: **ASSIST IN ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT ROUTINES AS REQUIRED BY YOUR IMMEDIATE MANAGER;** **MONITOR AND GENERATE DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS;** Control and organize departmental files; **IMPROVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BY MAINTAINING A SENSE OF URGENCY, ANTICIPATING AND RESOLVING CONTINGENCIES, MEETING AND** EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS, WHILE MAINTAINING ASSERTIVE AND TIMELY COMMUNICATION THROUGH DEFINED MANAGEMENT MODELS.
