




Responsible for supporting administrative and operational routines in the Personnel Department, including timekeeping control, leave management and labor-related incidents, document organization, and admission and termination processes. Handles the administration of PPE, uniforms, and ID badges, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Provides support in data collection for performance indicators and audits, as well as in updating collective bargaining agreements, contributing to the organization and efficiency of the department. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferably ongoing technical or higher education in Administration, HR, or related fields); * Previous experience in Personnel Department routines is desirable; * Knowledge of labor legislation, electronic timekeeping systems, PPE management, and Excel; * Organized, detail-oriented, good communication skills, and proactive; * Teamwork, ethics, and discretion.
