Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in organizing and archiving documents. * Perform data entry and updates in spreadsheets and administrative systems. * Support inventory control of departmental materials and supplies. * Handle telephone and in-person inquiries, forwarding requests to responsible personnel. * Provide support for administrative tasks across various departments, as directed. Requirements and Qualifications * Age between 18 and 22 years. * Completed high school education. * Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Desirable Requirements * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
