Responsibilities: * Lead and guide the marketing team, including 2 graphic designers, ensuring alignment, delivery quality, and deadline compliance; * Plan and execute merchandising activities at points of sale, increasing product visibility and appeal; * Develop new products, overseeing them from conception to market launch; * Coordinate launch campaigns by defining target audiences, communication channels, and impact strategies; * Manage social media and digital channels, maintaining a consistent online presence aligned with the brand identity; * Administer sales campaigns with customers, supporting the sales team and strengthening B2B relationships; * Plan and execute communication with customers and partners, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement in messaging.
