MAIN ACTIVITIES: Pre\-Implementation Follow\-up * Support the analysis and validation of the commercial location, verifying commercial and operational feasibility. * Request and organize the necessary documents for unit opening. * Guide the franchisee regarding the implementation schedule and investments. * Support the franchisee in negotiations with approved suppliers. Construction Management and Layout: * Monitor the development of architectural projects with approved partners. * Conduct technical visits (in person or online) to follow up on the project. * Ensure that the layout and visual communication comply with brand standards. * Identify and mitigate risks of delays or structural issues. Training and Development: * Coordinate and conduct operational training for the franchisee and their team. * Support the training team in developing updated training materials. * Evaluate team performance during the pre\-operation period and throughout implementation. Unit Opening: * Assist in assembling and final organization of the Kiosk/Container/Pocket and Store. * Ensure equipment, supplies, and communication materials are ready for the first day of operation. * Be present during the first 02 days of operation, monitoring processes and correcting issues in real time. Post\-Implementation: * Conduct a 7\-day follow\-up to evaluate initial performance. * Monitor reports on the performance of the newly opened unit. * Suggest improvements and feedback for the franchisee and support team. Communication and Relationship: * Act as the liaison between the franchisor and franchisee throughout the entire implementation process. * Ensure clarity in instructions, deadlines, and deliverables. * Participate in alignment meetings with marketing, operations, sales, and finance teams. REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge in project management, scheduling, and supplier management. * Organized, proactive, clear communicator, empathetic, resilient, and results\-oriented. * Desirable: Experience in franchise networks, knowledge of operational processes, and project management software.
