Contribute to employee engagement and organizational culture A consulting firm specializing in recruitment and selection is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Macaíba. **Responsibilities:** Will work at a civil construction company, performing the following activities: Responsible for conducting recruitment and selection processes (job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and feedback). Conduct onboarding of new employees. Support training and development initiatives, executing them when necessary. Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, organizational climate, etc.). Provide support to managers on people management-related requests. Collaborate with the Personnel Department on personnel administration processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. Support performance evaluation programs and career development initiatives. Contribute to employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives. And other related duties. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
