Join our team — don’t miss this opportunity! **JOB DESCRIPTION:** The Administrative Assistant plays an essential role at the packaging distributor, supporting activities related to financial management, accounting, and expense control. This professional is fundamental to keeping the company’s administrative operations organized and efficient. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Transaction Posting**: Record and post financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and general expenses. * **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure bank balances match accounting records. * **Accounts Payable Management**: Monitor accounts payable, verify payment deadlines, and ensure all invoices are paid on time. * **Expense Control**: Track the company’s general expenses, prepare expense reports, and analyze spending. * **Accounts Receivable Management**: Verify financial movements such as cash control for company accounts, loading orders, and bank reconciliations. * **Document Archiving**: Maintain organized records and archive financial documents in accordance with regulations and internal policies. * **Supplier Support**: Interact with suppliers and resolve issues related to payments and outstanding accounts. * **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports for senior management. * **Audit Support**: Collaborate with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed High School education or currently pursuing a degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field). * Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. * Proficiency in spreadsheet software and accounting systems. * Analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. * Discretion and ability to handle confidential information. * Prior experience in finance or accounting roles is desirable. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Incentives for achieving compliance audit targets * Meals provided at the workplace * Day Off * Transportation allowance or commuter pass * Dental plan * Life insurance * Corporate university * Company headquarters located in an excellent area (between the end of Parnamirim and the beginning of São José). * CLT employment contract * Full-time position * 59162000, São José de Mipibu, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil * Distribution Center
