Cost control and preventive/corrective maintenance We are seeking a **Fleet Supervisor** to oversee and manage our transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Daily monitoring of drivers and vehicles * Fleet control and organization * Preparation of budgets related to operations and maintenance * Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance * Support in vehicle scheduling and release * Control of fleet operational costs **Requirements:** * Proven experience in fleet/transportation field * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication ability * Ability to effectively interact with drivers and handle operational routines **Job Details:** * Salary: **To be negotiated** * Working hours: **Monday to Friday** * Saturdays: only when required * Lunch: provided by the company * Health insurance: available after 3 months of employment Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: R$1.850,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
