Job Summary: A professional responsible for project monitoring and management, ensuring service quality, managing contractors, and supporting the responsible engineer. Key Highlights: 1. Project monitoring and management with a focus on quality. 2. Contractor administration and interface with clients and headquarters. 3. Preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Monitoring construction projects to ensure adherence to schedules and interpretation of drawings. Managing contractors on-site, material list verification and ordering. Ensuring compliance with company standards and service quality, plus other duties, including project management and reporting to the responsible engineer. Proficiency in reading technical drawings. Field experience in construction and strong interpersonal skills. Preferably currently pursuing Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of construction-related documentation and Regulatory Norms. Assists the engineer in coordinating work activities, including material take-offs from drawings, contractor measurements, and acceptance of services. Prepares technical and commercial proposals to define technical pricing and progress reports for engineering-contracted projects. Provides customer service and serves as the liaison between headquarters and the construction site, ensuring seamless integration among various departments and the site. Currently pursuing Mechanical Engineering or recently graduated.
