




Job Summary: A professional responsible for project monitoring and construction management, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and serving as the liaison between headquarters and the construction site. Preparation of technical and commercial proposals, client interface, and communication with headquarters. Monitoring construction activities to ensure schedule compliance and project drawing interpretation. Managing contractors on-site, including material lists, verification, and procurement. Ensuring compliance with company standards and service quality, while performing overall construction management and reporting to the responsible engineer. Proficiency in reading project drawings. Field experience in construction and strong interpersonal skills. Preference given to candidates currently pursuing or recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of construction documentation and regulatory standards. Assists the engineer in coordinating work by conducting material take-offs from drawings, contractor measurements, and service acceptance. Prepares technical and commercial proposals to define technical pricing and project progress reports for engineering-contracted projects. Provides customer support and serves as the interface between headquarters and the construction site, ensuring seamless coordination among various departments and the site. Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering.
