




**Description:** Strategically manage the accounting area, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, as well as the quality and reliability of financial and accounting information, with a focus on operations in the financial sector/fintech. Act as a strategic partner to senior management and lead digital transformation and process optimization initiatives. Possess vision and experience in SSC (Shared Services Center). Responsibilities and Duties 1\. Strategic Accounting Management Supervise accounting entries, reconciliations, and classifications. Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality of financial statements. Handle complex operations typical of the banking/fintech sector (e.g., credit, derivatives, investment portfolios, etc.). 2\. Closing and Reporting Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings. Produce strategic reports and provide information for senior management decision-making. 3\. Governance and Compliance Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, CPCs, and regulatory legislation (Central Bank and other relevant authorities). Serve as the focal point for internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections. 4\. People and Process Management Lead, train, and develop the accounting team. Design continuous improvement plans and automate routine tasks. Foster a culture of efficiency, innovation, and information quality. Requirements and Qualifications **Tools and Technologies:** · Corporate ERP (SAP, Oracle, Totvs or similar).· Advanced Excel and Power BI.· Accounting and tax management systems specifically designed for the financial sector. **Education and Experience:** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (active CRC registration).
