Test management, technical documentation and user training **Description:** Provide technical support to users of corporate systems, performing analysis and resolution of medium- and high-complexity service requests; Provide advanced support for ERP system modules, including configuration, fault analysis and support to user departments; Develop, maintain and optimize reports, queries and strategic dashboards to support decision-making; Support and execute activities in implementation, upgrade and improvement projects for system modules and solutions; Collaborate with vendors and third-party analysts, monitoring technical visits, aligning requirements and validating deliverables; Elicit, map and model departmental routine processes, proposing systemic and operational improvements; Manage test and acceptance environments, ensuring delivery quality prior to production deployment; Ensure system updates (releases, versions and patches), assess impacts and support the deployment plan; Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures and user support materials; Conduct training sessions and guide users on proper system usage and best practices. **Requirements:** Completed or nearly completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis or related fields; Practical experience with ERP systems and user support; Knowledge of databases, SQL, programming logic and system integration; Experience in requirements gathering, process management and technical documentation; Ability to work autonomously, organize tasks effectively and focus on problem-solving.
