Here, professionals find opportunities for continuous learning, interaction with people from diverse cultures, and the chance to be part of a company that recognizes and values its employees' dedication. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide in-person service to customers and passengers. * Register and verify orders in the system. * Perform cash register opening, monitoring, and closing. * Delegate tasks and report daily activities to the immediate supervisor. * Assist in organizing and cleaning the counter and dining area. * Support team needs (e.g., packing orders, restocking supplies). * Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations applicable to the airport environment. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Organizational skills. * Leadership. **HIRING COMPANY DETAILS:** * **Company:** Tabuleiro Sabor da Bahia. * **Work Location:** Salvador/BA Airport * **Employment Type:** CLT. * **Work Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 schedule, with flexibility to work across three shifts: Morning (6:00 AM–2:20 PM), Afternoon (1:40 PM–10:00 PM), or Night (10:00 PM–6:20 AM). Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in customer service and cash handling. * Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule, including weekends and holidays. * Flexibility to work across all three shifts. * Preferred: Previous leadership experience. * Preferred: Experience in restaurants, snack bars, or food service companies. * Preferred: Familiarity with POS/cash register systems. * Preferred: Basic computer literacy. * Preferred: Basic English or Spanish for serving tourists.
