Job Summary: Responsible for inspections, basic maintenance, cleaning team leadership, and supervision of civil repairs and infrastructure within a condominium. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of third-party service providers Conduct inspections of condominium facilities, such as hallways and common areas, to identify items requiring repair or cleaning, and assess the operational condition of electrical and hydraulic systems, elevators. Perform basic maintenance tasks. Lead the cleaning team's work. Supervise and carry out minor civil repairs (e.g., light bulb, faucet, lock replacements; simple adjustments). Monitor the basic operation of electrical and hydraulic systems, engaging specialized maintenance when necessary. Conduct periodic inspections of common areas (hallways, restrooms, outdoor areas). Control and request maintenance and consumable supplies (light bulbs, tools, basic materials). Support third-party service providers by supervising maintenance and construction activities. Maintain organization in storage rooms, technical rooms, and common-use areas. Report risk situations, damages, or irregularities to management. Assist with access control, where applicable, ensuring site security.
