Administrative Coordinator
Coordinate the company's administrative department, mainly in the areas of purchasing and HR.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordination and execution of administrative tasks at the Restaurant;
* Purchasing (Inventory Management, Quotations, Invoice and order entries, goods receipt);
* Company Personnel Department (Hiring, Terminations, Payroll, Timekeeping system, etc.)
with support from the company's outsourced accounting service;
* HR (interviews, hiring, evaluations);
* Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of equipment and facilities (scheduling, quotations and
follow-up);
* Coordination and supervision of the Financial Department together with the Financial Supervisor;
* Additionally, other activities related to the position;
* Monitoring company performance indicators: CMV, CMO, Profitability, and other indices).
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (Required experience and knowledge):
Ambitious professional, results-oriented, with experience managing people and administrative departments, preferably in the food industry or similar sectors.
With solid experience in administrative areas, especially purchasing/quotations routines, inventory control, HR (hiring/payroll/timekeeping) and finance (accounts payable and receivable), preferably in retail segments (restaurants/stores, etc).
Proficient in software systems and Excel (Intermediate/Advanced).
An advantage if experienced with operational systems: Colibri, Totvs, SAP, etc.
