Generate and track leads and serve customers The **Grupo Toniello** is looking for an **E\-commerce Assistant** for the **Ortovel Ford** dealership in **Ribeirão Preto – SP**, who possesses a dynamic and creative profile. This professional will be responsible for supporting online operations, ensuring the updating of digital channels, and contributing to customer satisfaction in the virtual environment. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Valid driver's license (Class B); Prior experience in this role will be considered a plus. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Register and update products in the system and marketplaces; Describe items and maintain organized information on the website and social media; Photograph parts and accessories for promotion and populate the website with photos and descriptions; Monitor e\-commerce functionality and make adjustments as needed; Invoice orders placed via marketplaces and the website; Generate and track leads; Serve customers by clarifying doubts and providing support throughout the purchasing process. **BENEFITS:** Medical, dental, and pharmacy plans; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Wellhub (fitness and wellness); Birthday day off.
