### **Join South System and take off!** We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to board our spaceship and, together, propel people and businesses through innovation. #### **Senior Java Developer** #### **Location: Remote** **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and implement Backend applications using Java with Spring Boot. * Manage and orchestrate containers with Kubernetes, ensuring service scalability and efficiency. * Work with Oracle/SQL and MongoDB databases, performing query modeling and optimization. * Implement code quality practices using Sonar, promoting continuous improvement of development processes. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and propose innovative solutions. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Professional with strong Java development experience and ability to learn other current market programming languages; * Experience and proficiency in concurrent / multi-threaded programming; * Experience and familiarity with test automation; * Experience developing web services and APIs (JSON or XML over HTTP); * Experience with databases (both relational and NoSQL); * Experience with Cloud Computing development (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure); * Experience with container-based development (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift); * Experience with Agile practices (Scrum / XP / etc.) and familiarity with 'lean' concepts; * Knowledge of cryptography; * Knowledge of information security; * Knowledge of distributed and concurrent application development. **Desirable Requirements:** * Ability to explore and propose solutions while connecting with business needs; * Technical and business knowledge of credit and debit cards; * Participation in technology events such as Meetups, hackathons, tech groups, or involvement in any kind of community; * Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and openness to topics related to user engagement and gamification. **Differentiating Benefits:** * Courses and certifications on **Udemy**, selected by the Business Partner team with curation and guidance. * **Remote work benefit** to make your daily routine more comfortable. * **Financial education** to support your economic well-being. * **Flash Card.** Interested in this opportunity?
