Delivery supervision and vehicle maintenance **Job Mission** Plan production and logistics processes by defining required resources, setting goals, and establishing productivity indicators. Develop logistics projects by sizing requirements for human resources, materials, and other necessary resources. Monitor the implementation of new logistics projects and control the development of production and logistics process activities to verify goal achievement. **Responsibilities** \- Receive, verify, and issue sales orders for all company units; \- Pick and pack items for each sales order to ensure delivery accuracy; \- Perform *double check* to guarantee delivery compliance and adherence to company operational standards; \- Generate shipping labels and outgoing invoices according to received sales orders; \- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts in accordance with internal company policies; \- Organize product placement in the warehouse and ensure the system is 100% synchronized with physical stock; \- Verify incoming invoices, confirm quantities of received products, and record them in the company's internal system; \- Route daily deliveries, monitor courier performance, and manage basic vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption; \- Enter product receipts, shipments, and transfers into the company's internal system to ensure full operational functionality and system compliance; \- Assist with vehicle loading and unloading as needed; \- Comply with occupational safety and product handling regulations; \- Safeguard company assets and equipment; \- Attend company-provided trainings, meetings, and seminars as required; \- Adhere to and follow internal company policies; \- Perform other duties related to the position and as requested by leadership. **Essential Requirements** \- Completed high school education; undergraduate studies in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred; \- Relevant work experience; \- Proficiency in internal systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office suite; \- Driver's license category A/B; \- Willingness to work on-site in Bonfim Paulista.
