Conduct performance review meetings, implementation plans, line performance monitoring, OMP, and support production execution according to process parameters to develop initiatives that improve business results. Safety, Health, Quality, and Sustainability Practices: Follow, engage, and review as necessary safety, health, and sustainability instructions, as well as accident and incident prevention campaigns, to strengthen SHE’s preventive culture. People Management: Conduct hiring, terminations, administrative actions, promotions, and performance evaluations to guide employees in alignment with business needs. **What Will Contribute to Your Success** Required: Bachelor’s degree (Chemical Engineering, Food Science, and/or Production Engineering); Desired: Computer literacy; Desired: Intermediate English proficiency; Desired: Yellow Belt certification; Desired: Knowledge of continuous improvement tools; Required: Minimum 1 year of prior experience leading teams, managing production systems, or working in manufacturing and/or support areas within industrial settings.
