Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and updating of the QMS, developing procedures, conducting audits, and monitoring performance indicators, aiming at continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Promote training on quality standards and practices **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code The professional will support the maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, performing internal process mapping, review, and standardization. They will develop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, and records; conduct internal audits; and monitor external certification audits. They must monitor performance indicators, propose corrective action plans for deviations, and deliver training on quality standards and practices to employees. Additionally, they will analyze and address nonconformities, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement projects, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification; Relevant work experience. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
