Focus on digitalization, continuous improvement, and operational KPIs **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Administrative hours **Level:** Managerial and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Mission:** Lead the performance of owned logistics units, ensuring standardization, appropriate resource sizing, operational efficiency, and compliance with customer service levels. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop Logistics Unit Coordinators. * Ensure standardization of operational processes for warehousing, cross-docking, and shipping. * Size resources (people, fleet, equipment, and space) according to demand. * Plan operational capacity and structure work schedules. * Support route planning and efficiency of pickup and delivery networks. * Monitor fleet operational discipline. * Drive digitalization and continuous process improvement. * Monitor productivity, quality, cost, and service-level indicators (SLA/OTIF). **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Solid experience in field logistics operations management. * Experience leading teams and developing managers/coordinators. * Hands-on experience in parcel/freight transportation and warehouse operations. * Experience in resource sizing and capacity management. * Strong track record in operational KPIs and continuous improvement. * Availability to work closely with operations and oversee shifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of SSW TMS. * Lean Logistics / continuous improvement. * Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Benefits:** Águia Clube \- Benefits Club , Psychological counseling, Funeral assistance, Bicycle parking, Breakfast , Education institution partnership, Sesc partnership, Sest Senat partnership, Credit cooperative, Parking, School kit , Vacation travel allowance, Health insurance, Dental insurance , Private pension plan, Young Apprentice Program for employees' family members , On-site restaurant, Family salary , Life insurance, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation allowance, Changing rooms
