Interaction with Logistics, Commercial, and Customer departments **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT * Perform freight quotation/negotiation for nationwide freight contracts; * Present cost-benefit comparisons for manager approval; * Issue pickup orders and shipping labels; * Define delivery routes with cost optimization; * Track cargo shipments until delivery to the consignee; * Verify issued CTEs (Transportation Service Receipts); * Document logistics costs and present monthly comparison spreadsheets; * Monitor and track performance indicators; * Oversee cargo deliveries, ensuring on-time and damage-free delivery to guarantee delivery quality; * Conduct follow-up among Logistics, Commercial, and End-Customer departments; * Provide support to freight suppliers via phone or e-mail. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience in customer service roles.
