Responsibilities: * Manage the construction project portfolio; * Organize the information required for effective planning and scheduling of construction projects; * Monitor project feasibility; * Relay field-collected information from the feasibility team to supervisors; * Generate monitoring and portfolio management reports; support planning and warehouse departments with accurate, field-relevant information to ensure optimal field performance; * Conduct daily follow-up with supervisors regarding construction progress; * Prepare material requisition lists for submission to the warehouse, aligned with the UT workflow timeline; * Update material requisition lists in case of daily schedule changes; * Monitor and support the warehouse in managing material lists and loading materials; * Monitor field teams remotely at three scheduled times per day; * Distribute tasks among teams; * Provide supervisors with necessary documentation kits for field monitoring; * Implement and monitor required adjustments for on-site construction execution; * Receive RDOs (Daily Operation Reports) and immediately alert direct leadership if reporting delivery workflows fail; * Actively participate in all planning and scheduling meetings; * Immediately notify the inventory department upon physical completion of a construction project; * Alert the scheduler and monitor resolution of repair work if projects are canceled by the client. Requirements and Qualifications: * Electrical Technician qualification; * Driver's license category B; - Preferred: Undergraduate studies underway — from the third semester onward.
