Job Summary: We are seeking a social educator to conduct direct home-based interventions, supporting families with minors to promote positive parenting and strengthen family dynamics. Support and guidance to parents on parenting skills A social educator is needed to carry out direct home-based interventions with families who have minors in their care in Vitoria\-Gasteiz. The objective is to support parents by promoting positive parenting and reinforcing family dynamics. Tasks will include providing orientation and support to parents, assisting in acquiring and improving parenting skills, contributing to a more effective educational style, and collaborating in establishing appropriate rules and boundaries. Preparation of follow-up reports and coordination with the city's Social Services will also be required. A permanent part-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 15:30 to 21:00\. A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Social Education and prior experience working with families and/or minors is essential.
