Job Summary:
The professional will ensure implementation of the Supera methodology, developing the potential of students across various age groups, including seniors aged 60+, adults, and children.

**Ensure full implementation of the Supera methodology, respecting each student's individuality to foster their personal, social, and professional potential.**
**Note: (We work primarily with seniors aged 60+; adults; and also with children [a minority].)**
1\. Deliver in every class what was sold to the student at the time of course purchase;
2\. Attend national and local meetings for lesson planning;
3\. Complete all post-training modules: abacus, "Abrindo Horizontes" textbooks, and Pedagogical Management;
4\. Conduct demonstration classes in partnership with the sales team, when necessary;
5\. Complete all pedagogical forms: Class Diary, Productivity Record, Student Performance Monitoring Form, applying 100% of the assessment system;
6\. Monitor absenteeism;
7\. Apply 100% of the assessment system;
8\. Deliver overcoming classes, if necessary;
9\. Organize and participate in school events;
10\. Provide students with opportunities for interaction both inside and outside the classroom.
Desirable: Completed Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, or related field;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Compensation: R$2.300,00 per month
