Job Summary: ESD Educação is seeking a Coordination Assistant to work at the Bento Ferreira unit, supporting the coordination team and teachers, monitoring student departures, and participating in school events. We are currently recruiting candidates for the Coordination Assistant position at the Bento Ferreira unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** **\#Responsibilities:** ------------------------ * Assist the Coordination team in all assigned tasks; * Record daily interactions on the computer; * Participate in school events; * Monitor student departures via transportation; * Whenever possible, observe and even assist teachers during their "extra activities"; * Assist in creating bulletin boards; * Supervise recess periods. **Requirements and Qualifications** **\#Requirements:** ----------------- * Be proactive; * Be courteous and possess strong interpersonal skills; * Be organized and focused on daily tasks; * Be able to work effectively in a team; * Demonstrate commitment. **\#Qualification:** ------------------- * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or related fields (completed or in progress) is preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** **\#Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Transportation Allowance; Life Insurance; Dental Plan; Telemedicine.
