




- Customer service in RJ / SP - Manage customer service requests and forward them to the responsible teams; - Manage scheduling of requested services, such as telescoping, equipment assembly and disassembly; - Manage preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure all are carried out; - Keep the service request management spreadsheet always up to date; - Daily report in groups on staff arrival and departure times at construction sites; - Verify technical delivery reports by comparing them with equipment deliveries made during the current month; - Physical and digital archiving of the entire technical support process; **Qualification**: Technical course in administration / mechanics / electrotechnics **Experience**: Maintenance planning, call center **Knowledge**: Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office suite Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.600,00 - R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
