Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and automation monitoring, guaranteeing efficiency and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning systems. 2. Monitoring of automation and control systems. 3. Supervision of third-party service quality. **Mission**: Ensure full functionality of the shopping center’s air conditioning systems through installation, inspection, and preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. Monitor automation systems, supervise service providers, and ensure quality, safety, and operational efficiency in all technical interventions. **Requirements** * **Education**: Completed high school or technical education in related fields. * + **Preferred**: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related fields. * **Experience**: Experience with refrigeration systems. (For internal promotions, experience gained within the company qualifies.) * + **Preferred**: Knowledge of electrical systems; knowledge of metal piping; knowledge of brazing soldering. **Main Responsibilities** **Installation, inspection, and maintenance of air conditioning systems** * Perform installation, inspection, cleaning, and preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment, including: * + Split and multi-split units + Fan coil units + Modules + Exhaust fans + Chillers + Pumps + Air curtains + Valves and accessories + Subsystems for refrigerant gas and chilled water piping * Ensure full functionality and efficiency of ventilation and air conditioning systems. **Automation and monitoring** * Perform maintenance and monitoring of automation and control systems related to air conditioning equipment. * Guarantee integrity of sensors, controls, panels, operational parameters, and system integration. **Supervision of service providers** * Supervise third-party companies responsible for maintenance and installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems. * Monitor service quality, scope compliance, and technical conformity. **Special operations** * Perform maintenance using **vertical lifting equipment**, following technical standards and specific safety procedures. **Organization and operational records** * Clean work areas after technical interventions. * Record activities and information according to internal procedures, ensuring traceability and updating of controls. **Regulations, safety, and procedures** * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and practices. * Request and use appropriate PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) for each task. * Follow internal procedures and maintain records as required by the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Perform related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Authority of the Position** Refuse to perform or interrupt work upon identifying a serious and imminent risk to life or health, immediately notifying the direct supervisor. **Notice Regarding Sensitive Personal Data and Consent** By voluntarily proceeding with this recruitment and selection process and providing sensitive personal data, you acknowledge awareness and authorize processing of such data exclusively for recruitment and selection purposes, as stipulated in our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
