Focus on continuous process improvement **Company:** Atman **ABOUT THE POSITION** Opening for Engineering Assistant role, focusing on supporting industrial routines, organizing production processes, monitoring production orders, material control, and providing support to engineering, quality, and logistics departments. Work in a production environment with direct interface with technical teams, electrical engineering, and electronics engineering, ensuring organization, traceability, and support for process execution. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support production planning and control (PCP) * Monitor production orders and schedules * Assist in inventory and material control * Support the organization of the production flow * Perform recordkeeping and updates in internal systems * Support equipment testing and validation * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and warehouse teams * Identify and report process failures or deviations * Assist in continuous process improvement **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing degree in Electrical Engineering or Production Engineering * **Solid Excel knowledge (tables, formulas, data organization, and spreadsheet control)** * Organizational skills and analytical ability * Good communication and teamwork skills **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of electronics, assembly, or maintenance * Prior experience in an industrial or production environment * Basic understanding of PCB manufacturing **EXPECTED PROFILE** * Organized individual * Proactive * Attention to detail * Commitment to deadlines * Interest in technical development **SALARY RANGE** R$ 3\.000 to R$ 5\.000 Placement based on technical evaluation and experience.
