Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of FTTH and FTTA networks, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Providing courteous and efficient customer service Description: * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (working Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per the roster); * Valid/regularized Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Completed high school education; * Technical experience and familiarity with installation and repair procedures for telecommunications networks. * Perform installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on installed services, resolving issues and ensuring service continuity; * Repair/correct service faults, such as slow speed, Wi\-Fi issues, no connectivity, intermittent connection, etc.; * Remove cables and equipment from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Assess access feasibility for the commercial team; * Relocate equipment within the same residence (room-to-room relocation); * Relocate equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Perform upgrades by replacing or adding equipment when the customer changes their service plan; * Install internal and external cabling and connections; * Test cables and optical fibers; * Configure telecommunications systems and, if necessary, escalate to technical support team; * Diagnose and resolve network issues; * Provide courteous and efficient customer service, clarifying doubts and advising on proper use of services; * Document and maintain records of network configurations.
