Job Summary: Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of FTTH and FTTA telecommunications networks for residential customers, resolving issues and ensuring service continuity with courteous customer service. System configuration and network problem diagnosis Description: * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (working Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per the roster); * Valid/regularized Brazilian driver's license category B; * Completed high school education; * Technical experience and familiarity with procedures for installing and repairing telecommunications networks. * Perform installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on installed services, resolving issues and ensuring service continuity; * Repair/correct service failures, such as slow speed, Wi\-Fi issues, no connectivity, intermittent connection, etc.; * Remove cables and equipment from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Verify access feasibility for the commercial team; * Perform room-to-room relocation by moving the device within the same residence; * Relocate equipment to a different address upon customer request; * Perform upgrades by replacing or adding devices when customers change their service plans; * Install internal and external cabling and connections; * Test cables and optical fibers; * Configure telecommunications systems and, if necessary, escalate to technical support team; * Diagnose and resolve network problems; * Provide courteous and efficient customer service, clarifying doubts and advising on proper usage of services; * Document and maintain records of network configurations.
