Job Summary: Professional responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining FTTH and FTTA telecommunications networks, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Configuration of telecommunications systems and customer support Description: * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (working Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per the roster); * Valid/regularized Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Completed high school education; * Technical experience and familiarity with procedures for installation and repair of telecommunications networks. * Perform installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on installed services, resolving issues and ensuring service continuity; * Repair/correct service failures, whether due to slowness, Wi\-Fi issues, no connectivity, intermittency, etc.; * Remove cables and equipment from canceled customers, freeing capacity for new customers; * Verify access feasibility for the commercial team; * Perform room-to-room relocation by moving the device within the same residence; * Relocate equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Perform upgrades by replacing or adding devices when the customer changes their plan; * Install internal and external cabling and connections; * Test cables and optical fibers; * Configure telecommunications systems and, if necessary, escalate to technical support team; * Diagnose and resolve network issues; * Provide courteous and efficient customer service, clarifying doubts and advising on proper use of services; * Document and maintain records of network configurations.
