Re-engage customers to maintain loyalty **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Customer service experience is a plus. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide customer service via electronic and digital channels for scheduling services at Technical Assistance centers; * Prospect and activate customer portfolio to achieve customer loyalty and/or retention, contributing to increased service visits at Group Technical Assistance units; * Re-engage customers who failed to attend scheduled services the previous day, aiming to maintain loyalty/service quality and revenue generation for Technical Assistance; * Perform control and update of systemic information; * Maintain internal and electronic Hyundai training schedules up to date; * Return missed calls during working hours to ensure comprehensive customer service; * Perform verification procedures for 100% of customer interactions regarding pending services (parts orders, recalls, and campaigns); * Comply with Group Prime policies and conduct standards, as well as Hyundai and Group Prime standard job procedures.
