Job Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the active customer base at the unit, delivering warm welcomes, replacing internship contracts that have been canceled or terminated, processing contract terminations upon companies' requests, maintaining continuous and close communication with customers in their portfolio, and assisting them with inquiries and requests. Preferred Qualification: Experience in account executive roles, relationship management, or customer service.
