* Completed High School;
* Technical education with certification (Electrical and/or Electrotechnical);
* Basic Microsoft Office knowledge preferred (Excel);
* Preferred experience: Overhead Crane and Electric Hoist;
* Preferred knowledge of frequency inverters;
* Must reside in Aracruz, Ibiraçu, or João Neiva.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Assist your immediate supervisor in achieving high reliability and availability rates in production areas by performing predictive/preventive/corrective maintenance routines on electrical and electromechanical equipment.
* Therefore, must meet the following requirements: verify functionality of measurement, control, and actuation systems.
* Diagnose typical instrument and measurement system faults, as well as medium-complexity faults; perform field and bench repairs and adjustments.
* Execute scheduled or condition-based preventive maintenance in the field and adjustments; support planning with information for maintenance scheduling.
* Guide technical activities during shutdowns.
* Record maintenance data and events in information systems.
* Help identify root causes and support development of technical solutions to prevent recurrence.
* Contribute to optimization of maintenance plans.
* Support development and optimization of work instructions and spare parts lists.
* Relay information regarding BUILT requirements.
* Perform installation and replacement of equipment.
* Monitor and perform corrective maintenance.
* Verify technical specifications and installation conditions of equipment per project requirements.
* Monitor equipment and system commissioning tests and start-up, and monitor equipment operation within the system.
* Disassemble, assemble, and perform visual and dimensional inspection of components for electrical, electromechanical, instrumentation, and process equipment; restore, adjust, and replace mechanical elements, components, accessories, and assemblies present in electrical, electromechanical, and process equipment.
* Perform final assembly including adjustments, calibrations, alignment, and leveling of electrical, electromechanical, and process equipment.
* Test electrical, electromechanical, and process equipment.
* Maintain measuring instruments, tools, machines, and auxiliary equipment clean and organized; perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment repairs either on-site or in the workshop.
* Assist your immediate supervisor in sensory inspection of equipment and share information with the inspection team to consolidate fault diagnosis for mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, performed either on-site or in the workshop.
* Comply with company safety procedures NR10, NR12, NR33, NR35, quality, and environmental standards, aiming to meet ISO 9000 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
* Therefore, must meet the following requirements: perform lockout and unlock procedures on electrical systems (MCC, CDC, field switches, electromechanical valves).
* Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care.
* Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integration of prevention into daily routines.
* Encourage proper use of PPE and exercise of the right to refuse work in situations involving serious risk, fostering proposal of solutions for risk control.
* Ensure effective communication of incidents and implementation of necessary corrective actions.
