Promotion of an inclusive learning environment * Responsibilities: * Pedagogical planning and development: Design and implement lesson plans and activities, curricula, and educational projects, adapting\-them to diverse learning styles and students' needs. * Coordination and management: Coordinate the pedagogical team, manage educational activities, and assist in school and administrative management. * Pedagogical support: Provide support to teachers and students, identify learning difficulties, and monitor specific cases for referral to specialized services. * Materials development: Create and revise didactic materials, handouts, textbooks, and other educational resources for various education levels. * Training and guidance: Conduct continuous teacher training, student counseling, and educational guidance in diverse contexts. * Inclusion and socialization: Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages socialization and active student participation. * Essential skills and competencies: * Interpersonal skills: Empathy, clear communication, and teamwork ability are crucial when interacting with students, parents, and other professionals. * Organization and creativity: Being organized and creative is important for lesson and activity planning. * Flexibility: Adapting\-to different situations and contexts. * Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of pedagogical theories, teaching methodologies, and educational technology tools.
