Qualifications * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Letters, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Assist supervision as requested; * Conduct grade-level/subject-area meetings together with supervision; * Participate in school events; * Ensure digitization and updating of course plans for the following year by teachers; * Monitor and support the organization and implementation of educational projects; * Observe classes (at least one per subject) quarterly and submit observations to the supervisor; * Organize all Olympiads — registration, promotion, stages, and medal distribution (OMESD, CANGURU, and OBA); * Review all assessments and activities prior to photocopying; * Administer makeup and recovery exams upon request from the Supervisor; provide feedback to parents regarding complaints, always with the Supervisor’s approval; * Substitute for teachers in the classroom upon request from the Supervisor; * Prepare social media content and send it to the TERC; * Publish various announcements to guardians via the ESD+ app; * Monitor the acquisition of supplementary reading books adopted by the school to ensure implementation of the Reading Project; * Prepare materials for Parent-Teacher Conferences; * Complete spreadsheets and documents belonging to the Supervisor, under the Supervisor’s guidance; * Follow up with teachers to meet deadlines, with the Supervisor’s approval; * Resolve simpler issues with students’ families, with the Supervisor’s approval; * Monitor Reading Progress activities on Teams; * Complete teacher overtime hour spreadsheets for the segment. 2512060202191849877
