We seek a professional to lead the implementation and development of both the IPC and Brazilian curricula, ensuring pedagogical alignment, inquiry-based practices, and a student-centered focus. The role involves serving as the liaison among teachers, families, and school leadership; promoting continuous professional development; providing feedback to the teaching staff; and monitoring instructional practices. The coordinator will be responsible for monitoring student performance, analyzing data to propose interventions, coordinating pedagogical projects and active learning methodologies (e.g., PBL), and supporting affiliation and accreditation processes. Additionally, the coordinator must foster a positive and inclusive school environment, mediate conflicts, maintain effective communication with parents and guardians, support the implementation of educational technologies, and organize pedagogical meetings. **Requirements:** **Technical Knowledge (Preferred):** IPC/ICA and IB curricula; Active learning methodologies, especially PBL; Engage NY and Common Core; BNCC and alignment between international and Brazilian curricula. **Essential Requirements:** Fluent English, minimum level C1\. Experience as a teacher in the Early Years; Experience in international contexts (IB experience is a plus); Mastery of Early Years curriculum and guidelines; Leadership, team management, and pedagogical guidance skills; Ability to develop and implement innovative pedagogical strategies.
