In recent years, we have acquired companies across Latin America and are seeking talent eager to embrace challenges and participate in a major transformation.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform receiving, warehousing, shipping, billing, and inventory tasks in accordance with ScanSource’s internal procedures at distribution centers in Brazil, ensuring inventory accuracy. * Receive and verify goods against the invoice upon carrier delivery to ensure delivery accuracy; * Receive and inspect products returned under RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization); * Enter the incoming invoice into the ERP system; * Pick products from inventory using the WMS or ERP system to fulfill sales orders; * Bill the order batch in the ERP system to generate the invoice, reviewing notes on the OF (Billing Order); * Package products per invoice and order batch, verifying the invoice number against the printed label, part numbers (PNs), and item quantities; * Perform shipping verification per carrier based on invoice and packaged volumes; * Manage, record, and file shipping manifests; * Conduct physical inventory counts using the cyclic inventory spreadsheet to validate stock accuracy; * Organize inventory using the product-to-location report to facilitate picking and inventory activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Motivated by challenges and results-oriented * Possess a collaborative team spirit * Basic computer skills * Familiarity with receiving, warehousing, and shipping processes Completed High School Education * **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation allowance or parking assistance; * Nationwide health and dental insurance plans; * Gym membership agreement; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program, contingent upon goal achievement; * Birthday day off; * Government program incentives supporting maternity and paternity leave; * Maternity and paternity kits; * Employee referral program; * Partnership for payroll-deducted loans; * Travel and fuel reimbursement policy; * Pet care agreement.
