Lead the operational team, maintain standardized processes, and ensure material flow meets the company's production and logistics requirements. **Job Description:** The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising all material flow within the department, ensuring that receipt, storage, and dispatch occur correctly, in an organized and traceable manner. Conducts invoice, quantity, and product condition verifications; ensures inventory consistently complies with quality and safety standards; and monitors stock counts and inventories to maintain high accuracy. Also oversees loading and unloading operations, maintains a clean and standardized environment, controls temperature and humidity when required, and ensures correct order picking. Additionally, leads the warehouse team by providing guidance, training, and ensuring discipline, productivity, and operational safety. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise product receipt, verifying quantities and invoices; * Perform and monitor material inbound and outbound verification; * Organize and ensure proper storage of finished goods and raw materials; * Monitor loading and unloading operations, ensuring item integrity; * Conduct and validate stock counts, inventories, and reconciliations; * Maintain a clean, organized warehouse aligned with defined standards; * Read and record temperature and humidity when required; * Ensure correct pallet strapping and placement; * Supervise order picking and verification according to customer orders; * Guide and supervise the warehouse team in daily routines; * Request replenishment of operational materials when necessary; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Monitor departmental performance indicators and report deviations; * Ensure traceability of all internal material movements.
