Opportunity in the Painting Warehouse Department #### **Responsibilities** * Prepare metallic and non-metallic surfaces for painting, including sanding, abrasive blasting, degreasing, and primer application. * Apply industrial paints and coatings (epoxy, polyurethane, enamels, zinc-based paints) using equipment such as airless spray guns, conventional spray guns, rollers, and brushes. * Mix and dilute paints according to manufacturers’ technical specifications and product Safety Data Sheets (SDS). * Inspect application quality by verifying paint film thickness (dry and wet), adhesion, and visual finish. * Maintain and clean painting equipment to ensure proper operation and extend service life. * Interpret technical drawings, painting specifications, and work procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements. * Strictly adhere to occupational safety regulations and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each task. #### **Requirements for Sign Manufacturing and Painting** Industrial Painting (minimum 3 years’ experience in shipyards, metallurgical plants, factories, or petrochemical industries) Knowledge of Industrial Paints and Coatings Operation and Maintenance of Airless and Conventional Painting Equipment Reading and Interpretation of Technical Specifications and Painting Diagrams Industrial Painting Safety Standards (Chemicals, Height Work, and Confined Spaces – NRs) Completed High School Education or Vocational Training in Industrial Painting Film Thickness Measurement (Dry Film) Airless Painting Conventional Painting Surface Preparation (Blasting/Sanding) Knowledge of Industrial Paints (Epoxy, PU) Reading Technical Drawings Paint Quality Control (Thickness, Adhesion) PPE Handling Paint Mixing and Dilution NRs (Industrial Safety) #### **Skills** * Airless Painting * Conventional Painting * Surface Preparation (Blasting/Sanding) * Knowledge of Industrial Paints (Epoxy, PU) * Reading Technical Drawings * Paint Quality Control (Thickness, Adhesion) * PPE Handling * Paint Mixing and Dilution * NRs (Industrial Safety) ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Cafeteria, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Transportation Voucher, Profit Sharing and Results Program ### **Department:** Painting Warehouse
